At the end of the movie the 1970 Challenger R/T that is shown crashing into the bulldozers is actually a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro at the time of impact. It's visible for just a few frames, from behind at impact (before exploding) and later as it stands on its nose, after the fire is put out. Note the plain steel wheels, painted silver in the latter shot.

Dr. Phibes kills Dr. Hargreaves at a costume ball by crushing his head inside a frog mask. But one of the plot's main points is that Dr. Phibes is presumed dead following the car crash in Switzerland many years ago. So whose house is the costume ball at? If Phibes is presumed dead by all his friends and colleagues, why would they show up to a party at his house? Or did Phibes simply crash someone else's party, knowing (or hoping) that Dr. Hargreaves would be there?
As in most movies, the REO Speedwagon that goes over the cliff explodes from a gunshot to the gas tank or whatever, which is, of course, not going to happen.

It doesn't make sense that Mary is English with a heavy English accent, while both her brother and father are obviously 'Aussies'. Even if she was adopted to an Australian family, she wouldn't claim to be English, she would be a naturalised Australian.
When Zira is being interrogated, she says that the planet was destroyed in 3953 or something. The interrogator, later tells the President that the Earth was destroyed in 3955. In the original Planet Of The Apes, the ships display at the beginning of the movie shows that Taylor and his men crash landed in the year 3978. This would have been over 20 years later. Yet the planet was blown up in Beneath The Planet of the Apes at the end of the movie. So the timeline is impossible.
