The bomb is disarmed with 007 seconds left on the conveniently placed timer with big white numbers. Then, Bond says "Three more ticks and Mr. Goldfinger would've hit the jackpot." What? Well, originally, the timer would've stopped at 003, and the line would make sense, but later the powers that be decided to stop it at 007 instead for a good old Bond joke, and apparently never forgot to delete that line in editing. [The 3 clicks mistake is an interesting one as there are still in existence cuts of the film with the original 003 on the nuclear device timer. One contributor saw the 003 version in 1970 and was puzzled when the 007 version turned up on TV years later.]
There is a scene in the movie where the Beatles enter a limousine, I believe at the beginning of the movie. In this particular scene the Beatles are all dressed in suits and ties, but when the Beatles are filmed in the limo, John Lennon is wearing a turtle neck sweater beneath a blazer.
In the first War Room scene, when George C. Scott outlines the situation and his "six points," the folders in front of him move around; they're in a different position in each angle.

After Ivan is turned from a bear back into a human, he is holding the woman's stick. Between shots the stick changes appearance and is obviously a different stick.
When Doris Day is talking on the phone on the patio, Rock Hudson is hiding behind the shrubbery watching her. She turns her head around and looks his way and he ducks but she already would have seen him.
The movie takes place in 1878. The Indians are all armed with Winchester repeating rifles. Indians of the period were more likely to be armed with old obsolete rifles (Civil War vintage) including some muzzle loaders with prehaps a sprinkling of Winchesters. Also, Indians were very proud of their rifles and usually decorated them with items such as brass tacks; no such decorations are to be seen.
After disposing of Dr. Drew's supposedly dead body, Miriam tells Charlotte to get out of the car and go up to her room. Charlotte has been wearing thin slippers on her feet yet when she steps onto the porch, you can hear the sound of heels as she walks.
