Level One: Something very peculiar occurred in Jellyfish Fields. After breaking the first barrier keep walking and go onto a higher ground and jump onto the platform above the coral. If you miss and fall in the coral you may end up in a different part of Jellyfish Fields and you won't even see your character. Just a useless part of the field with no character. You won't even be able to play the game with that happening.

If the player presses the pause button just after fixing the final window on a level, the 'You fixed it!' message will pop up, but during the cut-scene where Ralph is thrown off the roof, the 'PAUSE' label will pop up. When the next level is started, the game will pause. Even after pressing the pause button, the 'PAUSE' label will stay onscreen, obscuring the windows and making it difficult to see which are broken and which are fixed.

After getting all 120 stars and using the cannon to get to the top of the castle, if you walk around enough at the highest point you will fall through the roof and into a hidden dimension of the front wall. Going through the door itself will not let you escape, so you must jump through the wall to reach the outside.

During the ingame cutscenes, Leon will always have his starting pistol equipped regardless of whether you sell it or have a different weapon equipped.

In the any level, whenever Shadow switches to a rail to grind to, if recorded and watched frame by frame, his legs stick out of his body a bit and therefore revealing that the model's animations must have been rushed.
